The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is used to assess the English proficiency of individuals who would like to work or study in countries with English as medium of communication. It is accepted by countries like Australia, Canada, UK and USA and is considered by over 10,000 institutions worldwide.
IELTS is conducted worldwide by British Council, UK and IDP, Australia. Approximately three million candidates take the test every year in either the General IELTS or Academic IELTS depending on whether you’d like to move to the accepting country for work or studies.
